Serve Pro Wants to do more work than necessary to home...?

Our home was hit by a tree when a F4 tornado went through a few days ago. Our insurance sent out serve pro guys first to access water damage. We do know the whole roof needs to be replaced cause its missing shingles and it is now leaking in lots of places and soft But barely any water has got in our home.. Serve Pro guy determines we need to replace some walls and flooring. That's seems a bit much to us as the walls and floors looks fine to us. Our insurance WILL pay and we do get new flooring, walls and paint which is good. But do we have anything to lose by giving the ok on these extensive "repairs" even though we don't feel the need really.
