How can I get accepted into Juilliard School of Music?

I am only 15, but I am wanting to prepare early. I want to be a singer but I have never had lessons. I can sing 4 octaves and a few notes higher (C2 to F4). What kind of scholarships can I get and most importantly, what is required of me to get accepted? Thank you!
