Does this look like a good PC?

I don't have any familiarity with G.Skill RAM sticks. That's the only thing in that list that looks funny to me. Personally I've always used PNY, Crucial and Kingston memory and have always had excellent results with all three of those brands. If they could get rid of the mystery RAM and replace it with sticks from one of my three trusted manufacturers then I'd tell you to go for it.
