How can I double check on a Savannah Cat breeder?

There is only one in my state that I can find (or in the surrounding 3 states), but her prices are much much lower than other breeders to whom I've compared her, which makes me wary. She charges around $1200-$1400 for F1's, around $1000 for F2-F3, and $800 for F4-F6 (approximately). Is it just me or are these prices kind of cheap?
