How to achieve a professional photo look ?

It's got nothing to do with your camera. It requires talent and understanding of lightings and perspective. I have a Canon SX 120 IS. A little 10x optical, 40x digital, 10 mp camera. I love it. I am a photographer. I'm always entered in contests. I'm mainly nature photography. Work with different lightings and different angles. That's really the most basic steps. Simply pointing and shooting isn't enough. No setting you have will make a picture beautiful, that's your job.
