MY computer freezes up randomly?

First, I would upgrade to windows 7 on those specs it would run much better. Second did you try upgrading the video card drivers? It could be somthing running in the background. There's nothing wrong with the power supply. Those are high temperatures. I'd say pretty dangerous. Try upgrading the heatsink and fan with one from newegg. just look at reviews on them.
