the answer hasn't changed since yesterday. you could have your uncle ask the question with the National Visa Center, or you can ask at the embassy when your parents are interviewed. your uncle can't really take you off his petition, either you are the son of your parents, or you aren't. chances are pretty fair you're covered under the Child Status Protection Act, but no one here will be able to tell for sure, which is why you have to check with the people who will have all the facts in front of them.
